V27-90 : GREAT EASTERN LINEAR PARK, LOWESTOFT

The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services outlined the need for a parcel of land at the eastern end of Jasmine Green, currently in the ownership of the Housing and Environmental Services Committee, to be transferred to the Community Services Committee as part of the pedestrian/cycle link works of the above.

RESOLVED

That it be agreed in principle that land on the eastern edge of Jasmine Green, Lowestoft, be transferred to the ownership of the Community Services Committee for inclusion in the Great Eastern Linear Park, if that project proceeds, the terms to be settled at the date of transfer.
