V27-891 : LEARNING TO SUCCEED - TEC REFORM
The report of the Chief Executive set out the Council's response to the Government's White Paper "Learning to Succeed" which proposed a new framework for post 16 learning. Comments on the consultation draft were required by 15 October 1999.
RECOMMENDED
That the specific comments contained within the report of the Chief Executive be forwarded on to the Secretary of State for Education and Employment as the Council's official response to the consultation exercise on the Government's White Paper "Learning to Succeed".
