V27-89 : MONTGOMERY AVENUE PLAYING FIELD, LOWESTOFT

The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services examined the potential of the above field to accommodate a junior size football pitch, which would be a valuable facility for young people in the area.

RESOLVED

1. That two goal posts be erected on a junior size football pitch at Montgomery Avenue playing field, Lowestoft, at an approximate cost of £600, to be met from the Play Areas budget.

2. That the pitch at Montgomery Avenue playing field be cut 18 times per annum, at an additional cost of approximately £400 per annum.
