V27-883 : LOCAL LAND CHARGE SEARCHES

The report of the Chief Executive reviewed the fees the Council charged for Local Land Charges Searches. It was proposed to increase the standard fee by 5.5% to £79.00 and associated fees by the same percentage, with some rounding, and to bring the increases into effect on 1 January 2000.

RECOMMENDED

That the following Local Land Charge fees be changes with effect from 1 January 2000:
