V27-882 : DISCRETIONARY RATE RELIEF
The report of the Director of Central Services considered two applications for discretionary rate relief, which fell outside the policy guidelines laid down in V23/505/6. RECOMMENDED
1. That Lowestoft Boys Boxing Club be granted 50% Discretionary relief from 1 April 1998. 2. That Waveney Counselling Service be granted 20% Discretionary relief from 27 November 1998 in addition to Mandatory Relief of 80%.
