V27-878 : DOCUMENT IMAGING AND WORKFLOW SYSTEM
The report of the Director of Central Services set out the costs and financing of a Document Imaging and Workflow System, further to minutes V26/883 and V27/450. The tenders had now been evaluated and it was proposed to award the contract to Image Systems Europe Ltd.
RECOMMENDED
1. That Image Systems Europe Ltd provide a Document Imaging and Workflow System at a final cost to not exceed £80,440, subject to final negotiations.
2. That the Director of Central Services be authorised to take up a five year operating lease facility to finance the hardware and software elements of the system.
