V27-854 : 22 LORNE PARK ROAD, LOWESTOFT - UNTIDY LAND

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control outlined complaints received regarding the untidy state of the front and rear gardens of the above property. Action taken by the Council in the past had led to the land being tidied, but the problem had now recurred and further enforcement action was required.

RESOLVED

That the Chief Executive be authorised to take all necessary action under Section 215 of the Town and Country Planning act to ensure that the garden land of 22 Lorne Park Road, Lowestoft, is returned to a tidy, clean state.
