V27-853 : 3 ROOKERY CLOSE, LOWESTOFT - UNTIDY LAND
The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control concerned the above untidy and overgrown garden which was detrimental to the surrounding residential area. The failure of the owners to undertake the required work left no option but to take enforcement action. RESOLVED
That the Chief Executive be authorised to take all pursuant action under Section 215 of the Town and Country Planning Act to ensure that the garden land of 3 Rookery Close, Lowestoft, is returned to a tidy state.
