V27-805 : SPECIAL EVENTS
The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services set out three applications for Street Trading Licences from the Director of Community Services for promotional events to be held in Licence streets.
The range and selection of traders attending would be determined by the Director of Community Services in keeping with the nature of the events and the promotional objectives required.
RESOLVED
1. That three Street Trading Licences be issued to the Director of Community Services for the locations, times and purposes detailed in the report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services at a combined fee of £200.
2. That the consultation process pertaining the number, location and type of stall and description of goods to be sold at these events be delegated to the Director of Community Services.
The meeting was concluded at 4.25pm.
