V27-792 : SUCCESSION OF TENANCY
The Sub-Committee resolved that, in accordance with policy, a Notice to Quit be served on the sole occupier of a three-bedroom property whose property had already had one succession of tenancy. Members asked that the tenant be advised that the Council was under no obligation to re-house, but would have empathy with any application to move to a smaller property. (Para. 3)
