V27-786 : AMENITY AREA - ST PETERS COURT, LOWESTOFT

The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services outlined a request from the St Peters Court Tenants and Residents Association for £1,500 to match funding from Shell UK towards raised flower beds and seating at the Court's amenity area. The Association hoped that students from Lowestoft College would create the garden area, for which residents would then be responsible for future maintenance.

RESOLVED

That £1,500 be made available from the existing Housing Capital Programme to match fund the grant available from Shell UK for the provision of a garden/recreational area for St. Peters Court, Lowestoft.
