V27-781 : COMPARATIVE STATEMENT OF RENT ARREARS

The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services tabulated a comparative statement of rent arrears, gross rental, and number of properties, for the previous four financial years.

The quarterly figure remained high by Waveney standards at 3.5%, which the Director attributed partly to catch-up on the Rents and Housing Benefit new computer installation. However, the figures still compared well with the national average.

RESOLVED

That the Comparative Statement of Rent Arrears be received.
