V27-77 : KESSINGLAND COMMUNITY CENTRE
The report of the Director of Community Services advised that Kessingland Community Centre Management Committee had been awarded lottery funding to carry out small alteration works within the Community Centre building.
A condition of lottery funding was that certain key elements of the works were overseen by qualified professionals, and the organisation had approached the Council for assistance. It was anticipated that approximately 10 hours of officer time would be required at a total cost of £300.
RESOLVED
That the Director of Community Services be authorised to provide professional building services in support of the Kessingland Community Centre project from 26 July 1999 for approximately four weeks, at a total cost of £300, to be met from existing budgets.
