V27-766 : TOWN CENTRE ACCESS STUDY
The report of the Director of Community Services was considered as a matter of urgency, under the statutory provision accorded to the Chairman, as it had been unavailable at the time of the publication of the Agenda.
A series of `round table' meetings were being held between District and County Council officers in relation to the Town Centre Access Study. These meetings had also involved the members for Harbour Ward and authority was sought for this attendance to be an approved duty.
RESOLVED
That attendance by Councillors Bostock, Robertson and Patience, as members for Harbour Ward, at the Town Centre Access Study `round table' meetings be authorised as an approved duty.
The meeting was concluded at 8.55 pm.
