V27-744 : REVENUE BUDGET 2000/2001

The report of the Director of Central Services showed the approved budget for 1999/2000 and proposed an appropriate budget for 2000/2001. A provision for this expenditure would be made in the Council's budget and then treated as "special expenses", and an additional council tax would then be levied on Lowestoft.

RESOLVED

That the budget for 2000/2001 to cover the expenses of the Lowestoft Charter Trustees be approved as follows:

Plaisir Twinning
Grant to Association 750
Civic Costs 100
Other Civic Hospitality 500
Purchase of Paintings and/or
Lowestoft China
- contribution to Fund 2,000
Contribution to Christmas
Lighting in Lowestoft 1,060

Total 4,410
