RESOLVED

That the delegated minutes of the meetings of the following Committees of the Council be received and adopted as amended:

Planning and Transportation Committee - 14 September, 11 October 1999 (Pages 165 to 170)
Community Services Committee - 16 September 1999 (Pages 171 to 175)
Housing and Environmental Services Committee - 23 September 1999 (Pages 176 to 188)
Direct Services Committee - 14 October 1999 (Pages 189 to 190)
Development Control Committee - 21 July, 18 August, 15 September, 11 October 1999 (Pages 191 to 225) subject to the amendment of minute 679 by the addition of the following at the end of the sixth paragraph "The impact of the building when seen from the south across the open plateau would be considerable due to the lack of natural features, and screening would be needed." and in the seventh paragraph, fourth sentence after the word "increase" insert the words "over and above that proposed from this development."
