V27-71 : CHALETS AND ASSOCIATED BUILDINGS, JUBILEE PARADE, LOWESTOFT

The report of the Director of Community Services updated members on the progress of a project to replace the above chalets, which had been pronounced beyond economical repair.

Possible engineering options for consideration were put forward, including a programme for works, and a further report would be presented to the next meeting.

RESOLVED

1. That the action of the Director of Community Services, in consultation with the Chairman, in carrying out further investigative works on chalets and associated buildings in Jubilee Parade, Lowestoft, be confirmed.

2. That a further report giving proposals and a programme for construction works be presented to the next meeting of the Committee.
