V27-695 : SPONSORSHIP OF WOMEN IN BUSINESS
The report of the Chief Executive set out an approach for sponsorship from Women in Business, who were planning to establish Southern satellite group of the organisation to assist business women in South Norfolk and Waveney.
Women in Business was a voluntary organisation and it was suggested that funding be similar to that given to the Enterprising Women's Network last year.
RECOMMENDED
That a contribution of £500 per annum for two years be made towards the establishment of a Southern satellite group of Women in Business, to be met from the Promotions and Initiatives Budget.
