V27-686 : EAST POINT PAVILION - TOURISM AND DISCOVERIG ASSISTANTS
The report of the Director of Community Services was considered as a matter of urgency, under the statutory provision accorded to the Chairman, as the posts had been advertised before the decision of Policy Group to bring the consideration of all vacant posts before the Sub-Committee.
The report requested authority to fill posts EP07 - Tourism Assistant (Winter Holiday Relief), EP14 - Discoverig Assistant (Term-time Relief) and EP15 - Discoverig Assistant (School Holiday Relief) which were presently being advertised. All three posts were required for the efficient management of the East Point Pavilion and had no additional budget implication.
RECOMMENDED
That East Point Pavilion posts EP07, EP14 and EP15 be filled.
