V27-682 : EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY IN EMPLOYMENT - WORKFORCE MONITORING
The report of the Director of Central Services provided details of a recent survey of the current composition of the "white collar" workforce and concluded that there had been no significant changes in the composition of the workforce since the first monitoring exercise was completed in 1997.
RECOMMENDED
1. That the report of the Director of Central Services concerning equality of opportunity in employment be received.
2. That a recruitment monitoring report be made to the March 2000 meeting of the Sub- Committee.
