V27-677 : TREE PRESERVATION ORDER NO. 281 - 38 CORTON ROAD, LOWESTOFT
The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control outlined an objection to the above Tree Preservation Order from the owner of the front garden in which the affected tree stood, due to concern about the amount of leaves falling from the tree. The owners were no longer able to maintain the tree and deal with the leaves themselves, but the Lowestoft Probation Service had agreed to clear up the leaves on a regular basis. The holly tree was an important feature in the street scene, and the Director recommended that the Order be confirmed.
RESOLVED
That Tree Preservation Order No. 281, 38 Corton Road, Lowestoft, be confirmed. The meeting was concluded at 8.15 pm.
