Application for replacement uPVC windows.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control explained that the above application proposed to replace the existing windows with uPVC windows designed to resemble the original sash windows which were removed many years ago. In this street only four of the 19 houses retained their original windows. Using the new assessment procedure agreed at minute V27-318 the application scored three points. The Director's recommendation was therefore for approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W17316.
