The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control outlined an objection received from Councillor Goldsmith to the approval by Planning Sub-Committee No. 3 at minute V24-377/9 in October 1996 for a 12 metre pontoon head at the above.

Written questions from Councillor Goldsmith had arrived too late for distribution at the meeting, and the Director suggested deferral of the matter to allow the Committee more time for consideration.
RESOLVED

That consideration of the item be deferred to the next meeting of the Committee.
