V27-611 : 9 MELBOURNE ROAD, LOWESTOFT - UNAUTHORISED WORKS

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control advised that works were currently being carried out to the roof of the above property, including construction of a balcony/ dormer window for which planning permission was required, although unlikely to be granted. The Director requested authority to ensure the cessation of operations.

RESOLVED

That the Chief Executive be authorised to serve an Enforcement Notice and to take all pursuant action to ensure the cessation of works to the roof at 9 Melbourne Road, Lowestoft.
