Application for Listed Building Consent for internal alterations.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control outlined the Council's application for internal alterations to the ground floor of the Town Hall. This would include the blocking up of some doorways and the creation of an additional opening into the existing strong room. The Director considered the proposed works were acceptable, with no detrimental impact on the integrity of the Listed Building and recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That for the purposes of paragraph 4(5) of the Town and Country Planning General Regulations 1976 listed building consent be granted to application W3478/3.
