V27-606 : W4780/15 - SITE TO WEST OF CORNER FARM, ILKETSHALL ST ANDREW

Application for erection of general purpose agricultural building.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control advised that the site was located to the north of Corner Farm on a narrow triangle of land laying south of the junction between Ringsfield Road and Becks Green Lane. The Highway Authority were of the opinion that the existing access onto Ringsfield Road would be acceptable if widened and upgraded.

The proposed general purpose agricultural building was acceptable in principle and would assist in tidying up the piece of land. The Director recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W4780/15, subject to amendments to access to Highway Authority requirements and brown coloured finish as suggested by the Parish Council.
