Application for a rear extension.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control detailed an application for an extension 4.1 metres wide and five metres long joined to the main property by a lobby 1.6 metres by 1.5 metres wide with a ramped disabled access. The building would in part replace a flat roofed outbuilding linked to the neighbours house, the new extension incorporating a pitched roof. The extension would be constructed of materials to match the existing building, and have little neighbour impact. The Director recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That for the purposes of paragraph 4(5) of the Town and Country Planning General Regulations 1976 deemed planning permission be granted to application W17299.
