Application for two storey side extension.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control concerned a proposal for a first floor extension above the existing double garage, front porch extension and erection of a conservatory at the rear. Although the first floor extension would considerably alter the appearance of this detached dwelling, with the ridge height projecting one metre above the roof line of the existing dwellings, the extensions overall would not have a significant impact on neighbours. The Director considered the design acceptable and recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W5147/4.
