V27-583 : SITE VISITS

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control proposed a site visit for application W4182/6 relating to the disused railway between Marham Road/Evergreen Road and Yarmouth Road, Lowestoft, and applications W3683/3 and W3683/4 relating to Duncans Yard, Lorne Road, Southwold. The Director also proposed an additional visit to the site of application W6116/11 William Clowes Caxton Works, Beccles, received after compilation of the Agenda.

RESOLVED

1. That a site visit be held at the location of application W4182/6 on the morning of Monday 2 August, and attendance be authorised as an approved duty.

2. That a site visit be held at the location of application W3683/3, W3683/4 and W6116/11, on Wednesday 4 August, and attendance be authorised as an approved duty.

3. That in future site visits be held on a Monday, with a mix of morning, afternoon and evening timing.
