PUBLIC CONSULTATION DRAFT

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control outlined the main elements of changes envisaged by the revision of Planning Policy Guidance Note 3 : Housing (PPG3), drawing attention to future resource implications. The closing date for responses had been 28 May 1999.

RESOLVED

That the action of the Director of Planning and Building Control, in consultation with the Chairman, in forwarding a copy of the Director's report to the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions and the Local Government Association as representing this Council's comments on Planning Policy Guide Note 3: Housing (Public Consultation Draft) be confirmed.
