The Panel considered the report from Solace Enterprises Limited on the Appointment of Chief Executive.

RESOLVED

1. That the Policy and Resources Committee be recommended to approve the actions proposed within the report from Solace Enterprises Limited on the Appointment of Chief Executive.

2. That in the meantime the Chief Executive be authorised to deal with the advertisement for the Chief Executive post.
