V27-479 : THE PAUL EVANS `PRIDE IN LOWESTOFT' AWARD 1999 - SEAGULL THEATRE
Before the commencement of formal proceedings, the Chairman presented the Paul Evans `Pride in Lowestoft' Award for 1999, an award made on an annual basis to the individual or group who, in the opinion of the Council, had done most to reflect credit on Lowestoft. This year's recipient was the Seagull Theatre.
