V27-437 : MILLENNIUM EVENTS PROGRAMME

The Director of Community Services circulated a copy of the latest draft of the Millennium Events Programme. A first draft programme would be published in August, to be updated as required during the Millennial period. A high quality events programme, posters and a website would also be provided in accordance with PESCA grant conditions.

The Director stressed that these events would be based around the Royal Green area, and not Lowestoft Ness, to ensure that the activities were manageable.

RESOLVED

That the draft Millennium Events Programme, publishing proposals and associated promotional literature be approved.
