V27-402 : CLAYS PRINTING WORKS, BUNGAY

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control advised that a planning application was expected shortly for the proposed relocation of Clays Printing Works at Bungay. Another application would concern redevelopment of their existing site, and the Director recommended that site visits take place at both sites in order for members to be able to properly assess the visual impact of the proposals.

RESOLVED

That a site visit be held at the current Clays Printing Works, Beccles, and its proposed relocation site at Flixton Airfield, and attendance be authorised as an approved duty.
