Application for replacement garage.
The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control concerned the above existing timber double garage which it was proposed to replace with a new building on the same footprint. The plans specified concrete roof tiles to match the house, but the Director recommended approval subject to the use of traditional clay pantiles.
RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W17278, subject to the use of traditional clay pantiles.
