The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services provided a copy of the Environmental Services Division Business Plan for 1999/2000, which required approval in accordance with the ISO9001 Quality Assurance Accreditation of the Division. RESOLVED
That the Environmental Services Division Business Plan for 1999/2000 be approved.
