APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT TENANTS ADVISOR
The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services outlined a request from the St Peters Court residents steering group to appoint F.I.R.S.T. CALL (Housing Consultants) Ltd. to the position of Independent Tenants Advisor, following a shortlisting, presentation and interview process of the nine companies.
RESOLVED
That the Council appoint F.I.R.S.T. CALL (Housing Consultants) Ltd. to act as Independent Tenants Advisor to tenants of St. Peters Court, Lowestoft, on terms and conditions to be determined by the Chief Executive.
