V27-359 : PROVISION OF CENTRAL HEATING - SPRUCE COURT, LOWESTOFT
The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services identified resource within the Housing Capital Programme 1999/2000 to provide full gas central heating to Spruce Court, Lowestoft, to alleviate a long standing problem.
The central heating millennium project finished in December 1999, and it was proposed that installation work took place January to March 2000 at an estimated cost of £120k. RESOLVED
That full gas central heating be provided to 47 flats at Spruce Court, Lowestoft, at an estimated cost of £120k, to be met from the Housing Capital Programme.
