V27-358 : TENDER REPORT - PEDDARS COURT, LOWESTOFT

The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services provided a tender report by the Director of Community Services on the conversion of the former communal facility at Peddars Court, Lowestoft, into two three-bedroom wheelchair accessible bungalows, as the lowest tender submitted was significantly in excess of the budget provision of £85,000.

The report concluded that the tender submitted by Waveney Contract Services of £100,998.11 represented reasonable value for money.

RESOLVED

That the tender submitted by Waveney Contract Services in the sum of £100,998.11 for the conversion of the former communal facility at Peddars Court, Lowestoft, be accepted.
