V27-354 : COMMITMENT OF SOCIAL HOUSING GRANT 2000/2004

The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services considered the Social Housing Grant funding requirement to enable the development of the Kirkley Foyer scheme and the social housing element of the Southern Relief Road scheme, and proposed that provision be made within the Housing Capital Programme 2000 to 2004 to enable these two schemes to proceed.

RESOLVED

That provision be made within the Housing Capital Programme 2000 to 2004 for the payment of Local Authority Social Housing Grant for the part funding of Kirkley Foyer scheme and part funding of the social housing provision included in the Southern Relief Road scheme as detailed in paragraph 5 of the report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services.
