V27-348 : WATER METER REQUESTS
The Sub-Committee considered and refused two requests for the installation of a Water Meter at Council owned properties, in accordance with Council policy, as one was at a three bedroom property, and the other a tenant under pensionable age in a two bedroom property. (Para. 3)
