V27-340 : CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE

The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services was initially presented for information. However, members were concerned at the poor performance outlined in the report concerning repairs carried out within two, five and 14 working days, and asked that a further report be brought to the Sub-Committee giving explanations.
RESOLVED

That a report be brought to the Sub-Committee explaining the poor performance of the Contractor in carrying out repairs within two, five and 14 working days.
