V27-337 : HOUSING NEEDS SURVEY

The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services outlined a need for a Housing Needs Survey to be carried out to support strategic policies in both the Housing and Planning Divisions of the Council. The possibility of co-operation with other Suffolk District Councils was likely to result in a more competitive price for the survey.

RESOLVED

1. That a Housing Needs Survey be carried out, possibly in co-operation with other Suffolk District Councils, preferably during 1999/2000.

2. That a budget provision of £20,000 be made available towards the Housing Needs Survey.
