V27-313 : EAST SUFFOLK TRAVELLERS' ASSOCIATION

The report of the Chief Executive informed members that a letter had been received from the East Suffolk Traveller's Association (ESTA) seeking a member representative.

The Committee considered that there was not a need for a permanent representative on ESTA, as the Association could contact the Council on individual issues as they arose.

RESOLVED

That no member representative be appointed to the East Suffolk Travellers' Association.

(Councillor Hunter declared an interest in the above item and left the room during the debate)
