V27-224 : WORKING TIME REGULATIONS 1998
BEACH LIFEGUARD SERVICE
The report of the Director of Community Services was considered as a matter of urgency, under the statutory provision accorded to the Chairman, as the recommendation needed to be implemented before the next meeting of the Sub-Committee. The Sub-Committee recommended that beach lifeguards be asked to sign a Working Time Regulation exemption agreement. (Para. 1)
The meeting was concluded at 8.00pm.
