V27-211 : "GREEN BOOK" EMPLOYEES - PAY CLAIM 1999

The report of the Director of Central Services advised that, following arbitration, a proposal had been ratified at an National Joint Council meeting on 7 May 1999 for a 3% pay increase across all spinal column points.

The revised spinal column chart and mid-point cost including on-costs of each grade showed a significant increase in on-costs, due largely to backfunding of employers pension contributions.

RESOLVED

That the report of the Director of Central Services on the outcome of the 1999 "Green Book" employees pay claim negotiations be received.
