Application for construction of a dwelling with double garage.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control advised that the above site was accessed via a long, unmade track from Beech Close, and was currently part of the garden of The Copse, which was a bungalow. There was sufficient space to sub-divide the site into two plots, and the access could be improved and widened. The Director recommended approval subject to improvement of the access.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W16516/1, subject to improvement and widening of the existing access to the site.
