Application for loft conversion and new dormer window and listed building consent for loft conversion and new dormer window.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control reminded members that the original design for the above had been a large flat-roof dormer extension, and minute V26- 847 had given him delegated authority to grant permission to an amended design for a more sympathetic conversion involving a single gabled dormer window. An amended application had now been submitted, which the Director felt to be acceptable. The neighbour's objections were not of sufficient weight to refuse, and he recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission and listed building consent be granted to applications W4473/15 and W4473/16 respectively.
