Application for provision of a temporary mobile home.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control detailed the necessity for a mobile home to be sited whilst refurbishment works were undertaken to the Court and the Warden's accommodation. The Director recommended approval for six months only, the anticipated duration of the works.

RESOLVED

That for the purposes of paragraph 4(5) of the Town and Country Planning General Regulations 1976, deemed planning permission be granted to application W14554/4 temporary for a six month period.
