Application for construction of four industrial workshops (Phase 3).
The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control outlined the proposal to erect four industrial units in keeping with the existing style and dimensions of those constructed in phases 1 and 2 on land allocated in the Local Plan for industrial development. The application was still in its consultation period and the Director recommended approval subject to no adverse objections received.
RESOLVED
That deemed consent be granted to application W9866/15, subject to no adverse material objections being received within the remainder of the consultation period.
